Remote Payroll Processing

Welcome!

Hello! My name is Wendy and I have been involved in processing municipal payroll since 2008, using the NEMRC payroll module. I have processed payroll, remotely, for many towns and one school district while working under my previous employer, NEMRC. In 2019 I decided to walk down a new path and venture into my own business concentrating on payroll with the idea of later extending my business into other avenues of bookkeeping.

At present I offer my expertise in Payroll which includes, but is not limited to:

• Maintain employee files
• Create a reconciliation spreadsheet (this is just another "check" to make sure the payroll was posted correctly)
• Post employee hours either through the spreadsheet or through individual timecards
• Create necessary reports after printed checks
• Pay the Federal and State withheld taxes
• Prepare and file monthly, quarterly and year end reports
• Training on the NEMRC payroll module
